不同血细胞分析系统准确性的评估

目的对我区4所二级医院的4台血细胞分析仪(2台型号相同,其余2台型号不同)测定值的准确性进行评估,探讨不同仪器测定结果间差异是否有统计学意义。方法应用3份抗凝新鲜全血由4台仪器在1个小时内测定,计算其测定值CV和极差。结果不同仪器测定值最大变异系数比较:WBC(2.7%);RBC(1.0%);HGB(2.7%);PLT(3.8%);HCT(1.4%)。结论开展实验室质量管理工作,提高全血细胞计数检测质量水平,通过比对试验,控制好不同仪器检测结果之间的差异,使同一病人标本在不同医院的测定结果趋向一致,是今后工作中应重点解决的问题,为检验结果互认奠定良好的基础。
