摘要
糖尿病大疱是糖尿病常见皮肤病变,很难治愈,如发生于身体受压部位更需要精心护理。我科运用综合治疗措施,特别是康惠尔泡沫敷料联合龙血蝎胶丸应用于局部破溃皮肤,成功治愈了一例糖尿病合并骶尾部皮肤大疱病变的患者。
