以软件工程的观点介绍了一个实用信息管理系统的设计过程，给出了需求分析中的数据流程图、数据字典实例，以及系统功能树、实现平台、技术难点、解决方法和运行效率，最后给出了系统的使用评价．

In this paper, in view of software engineering, the design process of a practical management informaion system for State Developing Bank of China is introduced. The data flow diagram and the data dictionary example of data file are given during requirement analysis at first. Then, the function tree, the environment, the technical difficulty as well as its solution way and the running effeciency for implement are presented. Finally, comparing with the manual system, the obvious economic and social benefit is estimated by the user of the developed system.
