摘要
利用均匀实验设计逐步回归分析对三氯乙醛路线合成尿囊酸的条件进行了优化建模 ,找出了主次影响因素 ,获得了较好的合成产率及工艺条件。
Systematic invesigations were madde on synthometrics and its applications.Synthometrics was regarded as “Chemometrics in Synthetic Chemistry”or“Synthetic Chemometrics”.Uniform or homogeneous design (UD or HD) and stepwise regression (SR) were used,in this paper,for response modelling and synthesis optimization for preparation of allantion by the pothway of trichloroaldehyde (TCA).The primary factor was found to be reaction tempreature through experiments.The opfimal conditions for preparation of allantion were examined and the synthetic yield was obtained as well.
