摘要
为减少患者静脉输液等待时间,提高患者满意度和护理工作效率,借助计算机排队呼叫系统二次优化改进输液流程进行重组再造。结果显示,患者输液等待时间大幅减少、排队环节减少,输液流程不断优化提高。
In order to reduce the waiting time for patience' s venous transfusion, increase the patience' s degrees of satisfaction and nursing work efficiency, a reform is made to the second optimized and improved transfusion process by using of computer queuing call system. The result improves that transfusion waiting time reduces significantly, queue procedure reduces and the transfusion process is being optimized and improved.
