军队医院综合绩效评价系统的开发及应用

Development and Application for the General Performance Evaluation System of Military Hospital

依据军区制定的评价实施办法和评价指标体系,以"军字一号"数据为基础,运用数学建模方法,研制开发了军队医院综合绩效评价系统。该系统已在南京军区卫生机关和各医院中推广使用,并取得了良好的效果,为军区的绩效考评工作提供了有力的支持。

By analyzing for evaluation methods and evaluation index system, we have studied the general performance evaluation system for military hospital which is based on military His data and use mathematic modeling methods. Results This system has been applied widely in military medical department of Nanjing and majority of hospitals, and It has gained a good effect. The system has offered powerful support for evaluation work of military medical department.
