卧颈木枕牵引手法按摩治疗颈椎失稳88例疗效观察

Effect of cervical traction with a wood pillow in supine position combined massage on the 88 patients with cervical instability

目的观察卧颈木枕牵引手法治疗颈椎失稳的疗效。方法将88例患者随机分为两组,每组均为44例。实验组采用卧颈木枕牵引手法按摩治疗4周;对照组采用坐式牵引手法按摩治疗4周;观察经过不同治疗后症状消失和失稳恢复情况。结果实验组症状消失和颈椎失稳恢复率为97.73%;对照组为86.40%;差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论卧颈木枕牵引手法按摩治疗颈椎失稳优于坐式牵引手法按摩治疗,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of cervical traction with a wood pillow in supine position combined with massage on the patients with cervical instability.Methods 88 patients with cervical instability were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,44patients in experimental group received cervical traction with a wood pillow in supine position combined with massage for 4 weeks,44 patient in control group were treated with cervical traction in sitting position combined with massage for 4 weeks.The rate of symptom disappearance and restore of instability were documented.Results The rate of symptom disappearance and restore of instability was 97.73% in experimental group and 86.40% in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Cervical traction with a wood pillow in supine position combined massage has more effect on the patients with cervical instability than cervical traction in sitting position combined massage.
