超声引导介入治疗早期输卵管妊娠的临床价值

The clinical value of ultrasound-guided interventional treatment of early tubal gestation

目的探讨介入超声治疗早期未破裂型输卵管妊娠的价值。方法对28例早期输卵管妊娠在超声引导下穿刺注射氨甲蝶呤(MTX)治疗,并对治疗结局进行追踪与分析。结果 25例术后血清β-HCG逐渐下降,3例β-HCG升高,在行第2次药物注射治疗后血β-HCG在4～8周降至正常;异位病灶3～5个月恢复正常。结论介人性超声对早期输卵管妊娠的治疗是安全、有效,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound guided treatment on early tubal gestation.Methods 28 patients with early tubal pregnancy were injected with methotrexate（MTX） for treatment by ultrasound guided,and the treatment effect was analyzed.Results 1 week after injection,serum β-HCG of 3 patients increased and that of the remaining 25 patients decreased.After the 2nd drug injection therapy,the serum β-HCG was normal in 4 to 8 weeks and the ectopic lesions returned to normal in 3 to 5 months.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided interventional treatment of early tubal pregnancy is a safe and effective method.
