临床使用的前20位药品用量分析

Analysis of the top twenty drugs consumption in our hospital in 2009

目的评价临床使用最多的前20位药品的情况。方法应用金额排序和用药频度分析法对某院2009年使用前20位药品的金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用进行统计,分析临床用药的合理性。结果前20位药品总金额为药品总使用额的34.47%,其中抗菌药9种,占使用比例的17.52%;循环系统用药5种,占使用比例的8.05%;消化系统用药4种,占使用比例的6.04%;2种神经外科用药,占使用比例的2.86%。结论使用频率的高低与疾病发生率基本符合,药品的使用基本规范合理,但仍存在部分不合理用药现象。

Objective To evaluate the clinic situation of drugs used in our hospital.Methods The top 20 drugs consumption of our hospital in 2009 was analyzed retrospectively.Results The consumption sum of the top 20 drugs accounted for 34.47% of the total of medicine in 2009.9 of them were antibacterial drugs,5 were circulatory system drugs digestive system and 4 were nervous system drugs.Conclusion The level of drugs dosage frequency was in line with the incidence of the disease.Clinical application of drugs was rational and standard,but the irrational drugs usage was also existed.
