强化慢性阻塞性肺病患者心理护理干预研究

The study of strengthened psychological nursing intervention on COPD patients

目的探讨强化的心理护理干预措施对慢性阻塞性肺病患者的治疗效果影响。方法将196例慢性阻塞性肺病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在常规治疗的同时进行专门制定的心理护理强化干预措施,对照组仅进行常规治疗及护理。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组病人护理干预前后进行测评分析。结果实验组护理干预后抑郁、焦虑、恐惧和人际关系敏感因子评分明显低于干预前(P<0.05),干预后实验组的抑郁、焦虑和人际关系敏感因子评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化的心理护理干预措施对增强患者的治疗效果可起到积极的作用,在临床护理工作中可推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of strengthened psychological nursing intervention to the treatment of COPD patient.Method 196 patients with chronic COPD were randomly separated into experimental group and control group.Experimental group was treated with both normal treatment and a special strengthened psychological nursing intervention,whereas control group was treated with only normal treatment.Symptom checklist（SCL-90） was used to analyses intervention result.Result Scores of sensitive factors like depression,anxiety, fear and interpersonal relations in experimental group were decreased obviously after the intervention（P〈0.05）.Scores of sensitive factors like depression,anxiety and interpersonal relations in experimental group were obviously lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Strengthened psychological nursing intervention plays a positive effect in COPD treatment.
