内蒙古牧区旗市经济社会发展水平比较研究

Comparison Research on the Regional Economy-society Development Level of County and City in Inner Mongolian Pastoral Area

依据区域经济发展水平的内涵,结合内蒙古牧区经济社会发展实际,从经济规模、经济效益、经济结构、发展条件和生活质量5个方面构建评价指标体系与测度模型,并利用层次分析法与综合评价方法对内蒙古33个牧区旗市的经济社会发展水平进行综合评析与类型划分.结果表明:①内蒙古牧区旗市经济社会发展整体水平偏低,且各个层面的经济发展水平指数均有较大差异;②各盟市间及其内部的牧区旗市经济社会发展不均衡,部分旗市经济发展不够协调;③内蒙古牧区旗市分为4种经济发展类型,中西部地区经济社会发展水平高于东部地区.

Based on the conception of regional economy development level and economy-society development status of Inner Mongolian pastoral area,the purpose of the paper was to establish the mathematics model and an evaluation index system which included economic scale,economic benefit,economic structure,development condition and living quality.The method of AHP and comprehensive evaluation were used in order to judge the regional economy-society development level and types of 33 counties and cities in Inner Mongolian pastoral area.The results showed that：（1） The unitary regional economy-society development level in Inner Mongolian pastoral area is lower,there was large difference of the regional economy development levels between different evaluation hierarchies;（2） The regional economy-society development level of each county and city was not equilibrium,the regional economy development level in some counties and cities were not harmonious;（3） The regional economy development level in Inner Mongolian Pastoral Area were divided into 4 types,and regional economy-society development levels in middle-west area are higher than those in the east area.
