西宁市PREE系统恢复力定量评价研究

Quantitative Assessment of Social-ecological Systems Resilience in Xining City

从社会-生态恢复力出发,建立恢复力定量评价指标体系,并用极差标准化法对数据进行标准化,用变异系数法确定权重,进而对青海省西宁市PREE系统恢复力进行了定量评价.结果表明,西宁市PREE系统恢复力呈上升趋势,各子系统对综合恢复力的贡献大小不一,其中经济子系统对综合恢复力的贡献最大,其次是环境子系统.

Based on the issue of social-ecological systems resilience,a new index system of quantitative assessment,according to the PREE system construction was established to evaluate Xining City. The connotations,characters and significances of PREE system resilience was introduced, and some assessment methods such as the range method for data standardization and the coefficient of variability method for weight provided. The results showed that the PREE system resilience of Xining City appeared to rise gradually, and the sub-systems have different contributions to the overall resilience. Economy is the most important factor,and environment is the second.
