摘要
为减少温室气体的排放,一些发达国家和地区已经制定了相应的减排机制,其中最主要的就是实施CO2排放权交易。电力行业作为CO2减排的主力军,面临巨大减排任务的同时,又具备显著的减排空间。在此背景下,本文研究了CO2排放权交易机制下电网公司与寡头发电商间的纵向合作减排问题,基于现货市场结清结构框图思想提出了一个多方竞争下博弈对策模型,求解出最优合作策略并设计了合理的收益分配方案。最后,以一个包含4个发电商参与的电力市场为例进行了仿真计算,结果表明了该模型的可行性。
In order to realize greenhouse gas(GHG) mitigation,Some developed countries and regions have implemented the corresponding emissions reduction mechanisms,the most important one of which is CO2 emissions trading.As the main force of CO2 emissions,power industry is facing an enormous emissions reduction mission,while has a significant space.Given this background,the vertical cooperative emissions reduction in oligopolistic electricity market under CO2 emissions trading mecha-nism is studied and a multiparty game model is developed based on structure diagram of market clearing process.The optimal cooperative strategy is derived and the corresponding benefit allocation scheme is designed as well.Taking an electricity market involving four power supplies for example,simulation results show that the established model is effective.
