某型舰炮数字伺服系统设计及其控制策略 被引量:3

摘要 针对某型舰炮伺服系统数字化改造要求,设计了一种舰炮数字伺服系统。该系统以基于DSP的随动控制板平台代替原有模拟控制平台进行位置环控制,选用成熟可靠的大功率的IGBT脉宽调制变频器进行速度环控制,以交流永磁伺服电动机作为执行元件;为了实现该数字伺服系统的高速高精度位置控制,同时又考虑到实际中火控系统信号给定时间周期较大的问题,又设计了分区分段变参数PID控制算法与前馈控制以及插补控制相结合的复合控制算法。试验表明,该数字伺服系统具有很好的动静态性能,工作可靠、动态响应快,通用性能好,可以应用到其他火炮数字伺服系统设计中,具有较好的应用前景。 In order to enhance the performance of the naval gun servo system,it is necessary to design a servo system and a good control tactics for it.In this paper,a digital servo system is designed,which has the control platform based on DSP as the position loop controller instead of the old analog control platform,has lager power converter equipment as speed loop controller and has the AC motor as the actuator.Then,in order to get the satisfied control effect and considering the signal time period of the fire control system,a compound control tactics with segmented PID control,feedforward control and Interpolation control is proposed.The result shows the system is reliable,responses quickly,has good dynamic and static performance and can be transplanted to other similar systems.
