摘要
目的:研究14-3-3蛋白各亚型mRNA在子宫腺肌病的表达,探讨14-3-3蛋白与子宫腺肌病发生发展的关系。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测14-3-3蛋白各亚型mRNA在子宫腺肌病在位子宫内膜、异位子宫内膜及正常子宫内膜的表达情况。结果:14-3-3θ、ε、ζmRNA在子宫腺肌病在位或/和异位内膜表达较正常子宫内膜上调。结论:14-3-3θ、ε、ζmRNA表达异常可能与子宫腺肌病的发生发展有关。
Objective:To investigate what role do 14-3-3 proteins play in the development of human adenomyosis by detecting the expression of 14-3-3 proteins mRNA in adenomyosis.Methods:Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression of 14-3-3 proteins mRNA in normal endometrium,eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium with adenomyosis.Results:The expression of 14-3-3θ,ε and ζ mRNA in eutopic and (or) ectopic endometrium with adenomyosis was up regulation when compared with normal endometrium.Conclusion:The abnormal expression of those three isoforms of 14-3-3 proteins may be involved in the development of adenomyois.
