广东省新生儿死亡评审实施情况调查

Investigation on implementation situation of neonatal death evaluation in Guangdong

目的:了解广东省新生儿死亡评审实施情况。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷调查广东省21个地市的各级妇幼保健机构人员。结果:调查对象所在医院的新生儿死亡评审开展率为89.5%,调查对象所在医院所属辖区的区域性新生儿死亡评审开展率为61.3%。开展新生儿死亡评审工作的医院或辖区,均有1/2左右的调查对象认为评审的效果不好;医院或辖区未开展评审的最主要原因是没有规范可循;对于目前试行的新生儿死亡评审规范,74.2%的人认为"有必要,应尽快实施",同时88.7%的人认为目前在当地实施该规范存在困难。结论:广东省新生儿死亡评审工作有待于进一步统一标准并规范操作。

Objective：To understand the implementation situation of neonatal death evaluation in Guangdong.Methods：A selfdesigned questionnaire was used to investigate staff of Maternal and Child Health hospitals in 21 regions of Guangdong province.Results：The implementation rate of neonatal death evaluation in the hospital was 89.5%,the implementation rate of regional neonatal death evaluation was 61.3% ;almost 50% of the responders thought that the effect of neonatal death evaluation was unsatisfied.The main cause of no carrying out neonatal death evaluation was that there was no norm to follow.74.2% of the responders thought that it was necessary to carry out current neonatal death evaluation norm as soon as possible.And 88.7% of the responders thought that it was difficult to carry out the norm in the locality at present.Conclusion：Neonatal death evaluation should be further carried out according to a unified norm in Guangdong province in the future.
