腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症120例临床效果观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of 120 cases with ovarian endometriosis

目的:研究120例子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术治疗的效果。方法:回顾分析120例子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术治疗的临床资料,针对手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间等进行分析。结果:110例成功实施了腹腔镜手术,手术时间30～120min,平均80min。术中出血10～40ml,平均15ml。手术后患者康复快。结论:子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术患者损伤小,恢复快,疗效确切。

Objective：To research the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of 120 cases with ovarian endometriosis.Methods：The clinical data of 120 cases with ovarian endometriosis who underwent laparoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively;the operation time,amount of intraoperative bleeding and hospitalization time were analyzed.Results：110 cases finished laparoscopic surgery successfully,the operation time was 30 ～ 120 minutes,80 minutes on average;the amount of intraoperative bleeding was 10 ～ 40 ml,15 ml on average;the cases recovered rapidly after surgery.Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of little injury,quick recovery and definite curative effect in treatment of ovarian endometriosis.
