Changes and their significance of serum levels of IL-13 and IFN-γ in atopic dermatitis

摘要 目的观察异位性皮炎(AD)患者外周血白细胞介素-13(IL-13)与干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的变化,探讨IL-13和IFN-γ在AD发病机制中的可能作用。方法收集AD患者20例,设立健康对照组20例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定AD患者和健康对照组外周血IL-13和IFN-γ的水平。结果与健康对照组比较,AD患者IL-13水平显著增高,IFN-γ水平则明显降低。结论 IL-13/IFN-γ失衡可能是AD的发病机制之一。 Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of IL-13 and IFN-γ with atopic dermatitis （AD）.Methods The serum levels of IL-13 and IFN-γ were measured by ELISA in 20 patients with AD.Twenty healthy people were as control.Results The level of IL-13 was higher and the level of IFN-γ was lower,compared with those of the controls （P0.05）.Conclusion The imbalance of IL-13 and IFN-γ may be one of the pathogenesis of AD.
