电流型运算放大器传输阻抗测试技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 电流型运算放大器(CFA)主要用于视频信号处理、HDTV系统,以及驱动A/D、D/A转换器等;具有驱动能力强、工作频率高、工作频带宽等特点。电流型运算放大器是一种较新的运算放大器结构,国内目前还没有专门的测试方法。文章主要分析电流型运算放大器特有的参数——传输阻抗——的测试技术,给出测试参数与国外资料显示的参数值的对比结果。 Current feedback operational amplifier(CFA)is usually used for video signal processing,HDTV system,and A/D or D/A converter driving.It features powerful driving capability,high operating frequency and broader bandwidth.CFA is a kind of new structure for operational amplifier,for which no specific test method has been developed in China.Test techniques for transfer impedance of the CFA were dealt with.A comparison was made on this special parameter between values measured with the proposed method and those shown in the data sheet.
