摘要
数/模混合仿真验证中,数字、模拟信号的最大区别在于抽象层次不同,数字信号的抽象层次高于模拟信号。因此,如何实现数字信号到模拟信号的映射,成为影响混合仿真精度的最大问题。分析了Mentor Graphics公司的ADvance MS(ADMS)工具内建的D2A模型;应用VHDL-AMS语言,定义了一种新的D2A边界模型,并在ADvance MS中进行了混合信号仿真验证。从使用效果上看,除模拟信号电压变化范围需要修正外,其他均优于ADMS内建的D2A模型。
As digital signal has higher level of abstraction than analog signal,mapping between digital and analog signals is the key to the accuracy of mixed signal simulation.The built-in D2A simulation model in ADvance MS(ADMS)by Mentor Graphics was analyzed,and a novel D2A boundary model was defined by using VHDL-AMS.Results from ADMS simulation showed that the proposed model performed better than the built-in D2A model,except that a minor correction to voltage range of analog signal is needed.
