内蒙古自然灾害分形应急物流系统构建研究

A Study on the Construction of Fractal Emergency Logistics System in Inner Mongolia

内蒙古处于中国北部内陆狭长地区,所跨经度大,旱灾、雪灾、森林草原火险等自然灾害频发,本文对内蒙古内部与外部应急物流需求进行分析的基础上,根据应急物流系统的特点、构建原则,基于分形理论构建了内蒙古分形应急物流系统,提高应急物流系统的时效性、经济性等。

Inner Mongolia is located in north of china.It is a long and narrow inland region which across a large longitude and frequently happens drought,heavy snow,forest grasslands fire insurance and so on.This paper mainly based on the Inner Mongolia＇s interior and exterior demands for the urgent need logistics system,on the account of fractal theory urgent logistics system,improved the urgent logistics system＇s time effectiveness and economy,etc.
