摘要
民营快递的业务重心已经转移到国内异地业务,但企业发展面临多项瓶颈,行业整合势在必行。作者对大型民营快递实施并购重组开展了可行性分析,简要概括出三类并购对象,并剖析了融资、品牌和审批三个方面的障碍,最后论述了如何构筑适宜的快递业并购环境。
The primary service of private-owned express enterprise shifted from urban express service to inland service,meanwhile,several obstacles impeded further development,so enterprises integration was inevitable.The feasible analysis of merge acquisition dominated by large-scale private-owned express enterprises was proposed,and three kinds of potential objects were summarized.The paper also pointed out challenges derived from financing,brand and approval,with some discussions on proper environment for merge acquisition in the end.
