我国钢铁上市公司技术效率差异分析 被引量:6

摘要 以1995—2007年钢铁行业上市公司为样本,运用随机前沿模型(SFA)计算样本企业的技术效率,分析公司间技术效率差异及其产生原因。研究结果表明:企业规模、技术人员的配置程度和企业上市对技术效率有显著影响,企业规模对技术效率的正影响度最大,其次是技术人员的配置程度,最后是企业上市;公司间技术效率差异显著,技术效率低的公司始终处于低水平,并未被淘汰或因市场竞争压力提高技术效率;在空间布局上,临近市场型企业更有效率,资源依托型企业效率最低,临近港口型企业介于上述二者之间。 This paper takes the listed iron and steel companies in the period 1995-2007 as the sample,using stochastic frontier model to calculate the sample enterprises' technical efficiency and analyze differences among companies' technical efficiency. Results show that: enterprise scale ,configurable degree of technical employees and listing of enterprises have important influence on technical efficiency. Enterprise scale is the most important factor,then the configurable degree of technical employees ,and finally the listing Of enterprises. Significant differences exist among companies' technical efficiency, and technically inefficient enterprises haven't been eliminated or improved their efficiency because of market competition pressure. As for the spatial distribution ,companies near the market are the most efficient, resource-supported types have the lowest efficiency, and the companies near the ports between these two above.
