摘要
运用先进可视化技术研究中国的科技政策,不但能促进科技政策研究学者对本领域状况的深入理解,也对科学技术政策制定者具有参考价值。本文利用CITESPACE软件,挑选"科技政策"等十几个检索词在CSSCI中联合检索到1998—2008年9288篇文献,29957条引文。绘制中国科技政策研究主要代表人物知识图谱、核心文献知识图谱、高产机构知识图谱、发表期刊知识图谱,这些图谱反映出科技政策研究领域的现状和发展趋势。通过对图谱的解读,对我国科技政策研究提出一些建议。
Using advanced visualizing technology to study "science and technology policy" can not only improve better understanding of "science and technology policy" for researcher, but also has important value for policy maker. This article uses CITESPACE and select search words, and 9288 records of articles from 1998 to 2009 retrieved from CSSCI. The paper studys the dataset with citation analysis, cluster analysis, social network analysis and gets a series of knowledge maps in "science and technology policy" field. These maps can reflect the position and development trend, find out the pivotal people and work in science and technology policy field. According to these maps, the author gives some advice to the research field.
