热镀锌钢绞线防白锈三价铬钝化工艺 被引量:1

White rust-resistant trivalent chromium passivation process for hot-dip galvanized steel wire strand

摘要 介绍了一种双组分三价铬钝化剂,组分A中含460g/L水性丙烯酸环氧树脂,组分B含250g/LCrCl3和25g/LNaNO3。提出了基于该钝化剂的热镀锌钢绞线在线连续钝化生产工艺。钝化后的热镀锌钢绞线在中性盐雾试验(采用质量分数为5%的NaCl水溶液),96h无白锈出现,其耐蚀性是无钝化热镀锌钢绞线的24倍。该工艺绿色环保,达到了热镀锌层防白锈的目的。 A two-component trivalent chromium passivating agent was introduced.The component A is composed of waterborne acrylic epoxy resin 460 g/L,and the component B contains CrCl3 250 g/L and NaNO3 25 g/L.An online continuous passivation process for hot-dip galvanized steel wire strand was developed using the passivating agent.There is no white rust for passivated wire strand after neutral salt spray testing with 5wt% NaCl solution for 96 h.The corrosion resistance of the passivated wire strand is 24 times that of the non-passivated one.The process is environmentally friendly,and can attain the goal of white rust protection of hot-dip galvanized coating.
