黄芩种子脂溶性成分的气质联用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析鉴定黄芩种子中的脂溶性成分。方法用氯仿提取黄芩种子中的脂溶性成分,采用气质联用技术对脂溶性成分进行分析鉴定。结果分析鉴定了26个成分,含量占总成分的66.74%。其中主要成分为亚油酸(23.42%)、反油酸(9.84%)、2-庚烯醛(5.63%)、棕榈酸(4.21%)、2,4-癸二烯醛(3.67%)、2-癸烯醛(3.06%)、硬脂酸(2.57%)等。结论黄芩种子脂溶性成分中有机酸类含量最高,其他成分主要为烷烃和烯醛。 Objective To analyze the fat-soluble compounds in the seed of ScuteUaria baicalensis. Methods The fat-soluble compounds were extracted from the seed of Scutellaria baicalensis by CHCI3, and analyzed by GC-MS. Results 26 components were identified, accounting for 66.74 percent of the total compounds. The main constituents are 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid (23.42%), 9-Octadecenoic acid (9.84%), 2-Heptenal (5.63%), n-Hexadecanoic acid (4.21%), 2,4-Decadienal (3.67%), 2-Decenal (3.06%), Octadecanoic acid (2.57%). Conclusions The fat-soluble compounds of the seed of Scutellaria baicalensis are mainly consisted of organic acid, alkane and olefine aldehyde.
