痤疮灵颗粒的定性定量标准研究

Study on Qualitative and Quantitative Standard of Cuochuangling Keli

目的建立痤疮灵颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对痤疮灵颗粒中的丹参、大黄、补骨脂、葛根进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定葛根中葛根素的含量。结果薄层鉴别特征明显,阴性对照无干扰,专属性强;葛根素在1.35～43.28μg范围内线性关系良好(r2=1.0),平均加样回收率100.56%,RSD=2.5%。结论所建立的方法能控制该药品质量。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Cuochuangling Keli. Methods Pericarpium Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Fructus Psoraleae, Radix Puerariae were identified by TLC. The content of Puerarin was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC characteristics was distinctive and specific, and there was no interference in negative control. The linear concentration range of Puerarin was 1.35～43.28μg （r2=1.0） and average recovery was 100.56%, with RSD=2.5%. Conclusion The established standard can be used for the quality control of Cuochuangling Keli.
