白英中甾体皂苷纯化工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的采用大孔树脂对白英中甾体皂苷进行纯化,以提高白英提取液中皂苷的纯度。方法通过静态吸附试验确定大孔树脂的型号;采用单因素考察法确定大孔树脂对皂苷的最佳吸附、洗脱条件。结果采用LSA-10型大孔树脂纯化白英中皂苷。最佳吸附条件为:药液浓缩比为1:0.4,吸附流速为2.0mL/min,洗脱剂为50%的乙醇;最佳洗脱条件为:洗脱流速为3mL/min,洗脱剂的用量为100mL。纯化后,浸膏中皂苷含量由1.29%上升至12.48%。结论采用大孔树脂对白英提取液中皂苷进行纯化可显著提高浸膏中皂苷含量。 Objective Macroporous resin is used to purify the steroidal saponins of Solanum lyratum Thunb., to enhance the purity of saponin in the Solanum lyraturn Thunb.. Methods The models of macroporous resin were defined by static absorption test. The best adsorption and elution conditions were defined by single factor investigate method. Results LSA-10 type macroporous resin was used to purify steroidal saponins of Solanum lyratum Thunb.. The best adsorption condition were that the concentrate proportion of medicinal liquid was 1 : 0.4, the flow rate was 2.0 mL/min, the eluent was 50% alcohol. The best elution conditions were that the flow rate was 3 mL/min, the volume of eluent was 100 mL. After the purification, the saponinsal content increased from 1.29% to 12.48%. Conclusion Macroporous resin used to purify steroidal saponins of Solanum lyratum Thunb. can obviously improve the content of saponin in the extract.
