通络方外洗防治奥沙利铂致外周神经病变临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 奥沙利铂是第三代铂类抗肿瘤药,广泛应用于多种恶性肿瘤的治疗.但由于其神经系统毒副反应的发生率较高,成为剂量限制性毒性或停止使用的直接原因[1].笔者应用自拟通络方防治奥沙利铂所致周围神经病变26例,取得较好疗效,现总结如下.
