摘要
以我国中南地区132家企业为对象,对组织学习、知识创造以及组织绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明,知识创造对组织绩效具有直接正向影响;组织学习则需要通过以知识创造作为完全中介变量,才能改善组织的绩效水平。
This paper studies the relationships among organizational learning,knowledge creation and organizational performance.The sample of this study includes 132 enterprises in Central South China.It is proved that knowledge creation has a positively direct impact on organizational performance;organizational learning indirectly influences organizational performance via knowledge creation.
