采用掺烧方法解决印尼煤爆炸问题

To Reduce Explosion of Indonesian Coal by Coal Blending

针对电厂目前在燃用印尼煤时存在的制粉系统爆炸问题,对印尼煤的自燃、爆炸和流动性等主要特性进行了研究,推荐印尼煤与其它煤种的掺配比例和方式,提高了印尼混煤的流动性,有效解决了制粉系统爆炸问题。

Based on the fact that explosion often appeared in the coal-pulverizing system when Indonesian coal was grinded,self-combustion,explosion and mobility etc.of coal have been analyzed,the blending proportion and method are suggested.Thus mobility of Indonesian coal is improved and explosion of coal-pulverizing system has been avoided.The result may be referred to by the power plants to avoid the same problem when high volatile low mobility coal is burned.
