摘要
在对7个新疆良种核桃所含18种氨基酸、10种微量元素以及蛋白质、维生素E、含油率、膳食纤维和碳水化合物等分析测定的基础上,采用多因子模糊数学隶属函数法对分析结果进行了数理统计,并进行了内在营养品质优劣排序。结果表明:模糊数学隶属函数法可以克服单因素筛选的局限性,综合、全面地对各因素进行量化,使评价结果更加客观,更具说服力。
On the basis of the analysis and determination for the content about eighteen amino acids,ten microelements,protein,vitamin-E,oil ratio,dietary fiber,carbohydrate and so on in the seven improved varieties of the walnut in XinJiang,the results were analyzed by statistic with the multifactor's membership function of fuzzy math,meanwhile the inherent qualities of the walnut's nutritions were sorted in fros and cons.The results showed that the membership function of fuzzy math can conquer the molofactor's sifting limitation,and quantify the all kinds of factor synthesized and comprehensived,and made the evaluated results more objective and more persuasive.
