山东主产区生姜姜油树脂提取率对比研究

Comparison of Ginger Oleoresins Extraction Rate in Main Ginger Producing Areas in Shandong

对山东主栽生姜进行超临界CO2萃取工艺研究。结果表明:不同产区的生姜提取参数差别不大;在萃取温度45℃、萃取压力15 MPa、萃取时间80 min为最佳经济条件,莱芜寨里生姜姜油树脂的提取率达到5.06%,是山东地区提取率最高的品种。

The Shandong Province of Main ginger-producing areas of the supercritical CO2 extraction process carried out to study the extraction of parameters around the ginger slightly different,but similar,in the extraction temperature 45℃,extraction pressure of 15 MPa,extraction time of 80 min the same economic parameters,the Laiwu zhaili ginger oleoresin extraction rate of 5.06%,was the highest extraction rate of Shandong species.
