西花蓟马对安祖花组培苗及其移栽苗危害的初步研究

Preliminary Investigation on Damage of Anthurium andreanum in vitro Shoots and Their Transplants by Frankliniella occidentalis Pergande

以安祖花品种沙瑞德组培苗为试材,研究了西花蓟马对安祖花组培苗的危害。结果表明:西花蓟马可侵入培养瓶中,吸食组培苗茎尖与叶片,严重抑制组培苗生长,并传播病菌引起二次污染。

Shoots in vitro of Anthurium andreanum cv Sharade were taken as experiment materials.The results showed that western flower thrip（Frankliniella occidentalis Pergande）was a harmful insect in micropropagation of A.andreanum,which could spread over in shoot production in vitro to reduce greatly its yield by sucking shoot tips and leaves,leading to secondary contamination by carrying some fungi or bacteria.Some methods for preventing the insect pest were discussed in the text.
