摘要 介绍了菌糠的产生量、理化性质以及污染现状,指出资源化技术是处置菌糠的有效方法,详细论述了菌糠的主要资源化途径和技术。 The generation,characteristics and pollution status of spent mushroom substrate were introduced.Pointing to that resource was an effective way to dispose of spent mushroom substrate and the mainly technology of recycling and resource spent mushroom were summarized.
