摘要
本文应用社会学评估方法,对试行政府购买农村公共卫生服务绩效合同管理项目县运行机制进行了现场调查分析。其具体机制包括筹资机制、机构准入机制、乡村合作机制、服务选择机制、监督评价机制和支付机制等6个方面。讨论了政府购买农村公共卫生服务绩效合同管理机制的可行性等问题。
Through applying sociological evaluation method,the operation of performance-based contract for rural public health services purchased by government in pilot trial counties is investigated and analyzed.Management mechanism of performance-based contract of rural public health services contract purchased by government includes the following six aspects,financing mechanism,institutional admittance mechanism,the collaboration among township hospitals and village clinics,service selection mechanism,supervision and evaluation mechanisms,and payment mechanism.And the feasibility of performance-based contract for rural public health services purchased by government is analyzed.
