Japan tops the world＇ s average longevity ranks,and it is also the best country of medical achievement and efficiency in the world.Through illuminating the strategy of how Japanese government setting medical service of price policies,and the methods of calculating medical service cost and justifying,the prices and the shortages in China have been found and some referential suggestions for future institution reform of medical service price have been given.
