摘要
激励机制设计主要是在医院价值与个人价值之间寻求使各要素相互关联的逻辑关系。通过外在激励和内在激励的因素,形成个人努力和绩效成就的良性互动,保证新型激励机制的有序运行,从而最大限度地发挥员工的潜力。
The design of mechanism of motivation is mainly used to seek the relationship of logic between the value about hospital and individual which made these factors correlated.Through the factors of extrinsic motivation and internal motivation,it forms the benign mutual correlation between personal effort and performance and makes sure the new mechanism of motivation proceeded in discipline,thereby the employees could exert their greatest potentialities.
