谷氨酰胺对热应激肉鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为研究不同添加水平谷氨酰胺对热应激肉鸡生长性能和血液生化指标的影响,选用1日龄AA肉鸡240只,随机分为6个处理,每处理4个重复,每重复10只,Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%和2.0%的谷氨酰胺,试验时间15~42日龄,共28d。结果表明:日粮中添加谷氨酰胺对29~42日龄肉鸡生长性能有显著影响(P<0.05),其中以1.2%谷氨酰胺添加量的促生长效果最佳,但对15~28日龄肉鸡生长性能的影响不显著(P>0.05)。日粮中添加谷氨酰胺对28日龄肉鸡血液生化指标有显著影响(P<0.05),其中0.8%谷氨酰胺组显著提高了热应激肉鸡血清总蛋白含量(P<0.05),1.6%谷氨酰胺极显著降低了热应激肉鸡血清尿素氮含量(P<0.01);添加1.2%谷氨酰胺极显著降低了42日龄热应激肉鸡血清尿素氮含量(P<0.01),但对总蛋白和葡萄糖的含量影响不显著(P>0.05)。因此,在基础日粮中添加一定水平的谷氨酰胺可改善热应激肉鸡的生产性能和血清生化指标。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of glutamine (Gin) on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of heatstressed broilers. Two hundred and forty Arbor Acres (AA)broilers of 1-day-old were divided into six treatments with 4 replicats,each replicate included 10 broiers. Six treatments were supplemented with 0%,0.4%, 0.8%,1.2%,1.6% and 2.0% Gln in the basal diets respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed that supplemental Gin influenced significantly on daily weight gain,feed consumption,feed/gain of 29 to 42 days of age (P〈 0.05),in which supplemental Gin level of 1.2% was the best,but no difference during 15 to 28 clays of age (P〉0.05). At the age of 28 days,the content of serum total protein was significantly increased when supplemental Gin level was 0.8% (P〈0.05) ,and the content of serum urea nitrogen was significantly decreased when supplemental Gin levels was 1.6% (P〈0.01);At the age of 42 days,lhe content of serum urea nitrogen was significantly increased when supplemental Gln level was 1-2% (P〈0.01) ,but total protein and glucose in serum were not changed (P〉0.05). Adding a certain level of Gln in the basal diet could improve growth performance and serum biochemical parameters in heatstressed broilers.
