金盏菊提取物对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为研究日粮中添加不同水平金盏菊提取物对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选取400日龄海兰灰蛋鸡224只,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复14只,金盏菊提取物添加水平分别为0、1、2、4g/kg,试验期14d。结果:蛋鸡日粮中添加金盏菊提取物对蛋鸡产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均耗料量、料蛋比、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳相对重和蛋黄比率均无显著影响(P>0.05);哈氏单位随着金盏菊提取物添加量的增加逐渐增加,添加剂量为2、4g/kg试验组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);蛋黄颜色自第2天起,各试验组与对照组相比逐渐加深,试验第5天,2、4g/kg的试验组蛋黄颜色达到显著水平(P<0.05),到第8天达到极显著水平(P<0.01);其中添加金盏菊提取物剂量达到2g/kg时,蛋黄颜色极显著提高(P<0.01)。结果提示,2g/kg金盏菊提取物为适宜添加量。 To detect the effect of Calendula officinalis L. extracts on performance and egg qualities of Hyline layers, two hundred and twenty-four 400-day-oht Hyline layer were randomly allocated to four treatments,with four replicates each and four hens in each replicate,and fed with basal diets mixed 0g/kg,1g/kg,2 g/kg,4 g/kg Calendula officinalis L. extracts respectively. The experiment lasted for 14 days. The results that the diets mixed with Calendula officinalis L. extracts did not significantly affect laying rate,average egg weight,average feed intake,ratio of feed to egg,eggshell thickness,eggshell weight and egg yolk ratio (P〉0.05). As Calendula oJficinalis L. extracts addition increased,the Haugh unit increased gradually,and the difference between 2 g/kg or 4g/kg group and the control group was signifieant(P〈0.05). From the second day,yolk color of test groups increased gradually. On day 5 and 8,the difference between 2 g/kg or 4 g/kg group anti the control group was significant (P〈0.05) and extremely significant (P〈0.01) respectively,especially when addition was 2 g/kg,yolk color increased significantly (P〈0.01). The results indicated that the optimal supplementation was 2 g/kg.
