摘要
针对目前存在的企业急需标准文献，而标准收藏单位的文献利用率却不高这一问题，对提高标准利用率提出了几点看法。
In view of existing situation that standards and documents are badly in need by enterprises while standards and documents are not completely used. The paper was put forward several proposals on how to improve the availability.
