摘要
A380机库工程基础桩采用泥浆护壁湿作业成桩工艺。施工中采用了吊筋、分段吊装套筒冷挤压机械连接方法,分别解决了空钻8.0m钢筋笼顶标高控制和钢筋笼刚度弱的问题。通过控制钻进速度、泥浆性能、沉渣厚度等保证了成孔质量。控制首次连续浇筑混凝土量、混凝土性能保证了水下浇筑质量。
Slurry breast wall pile forming wet process is adopted in foundation pile construction of A380 Aircraft Hangar Project. Steel hanger and subsection hoisting installation steel faucet cold extrusion mechanical connection methods are adopted to solve top elevation control and weak rigidity of 8.0m reinforcing cage during drilling. Pore forming quality is successfully guaranteed through control on drilling speed, slurry property and sediment thickness. The first successive concrete pouring quantity and concrete property are controlled to guarantee underwater concrete pouring quality.
