摘要
宁波网球中心钢结构体系屋盖在安装施工过程中应用了多项关键技术,保证了工程的安全和质量。这些关键技术包括:在施工前用MIDAS软件对施工方案进行了安全性分析;施工过程中对关键部位进行了应力变形监测;应用PRO-E软件对构件进行了深化设计,并在施工过程中根据施工误差进行实时调整;利用AUTO-CAD和PRO-E软件进行屋面板放样。并探讨了这些技术的特点、原理以及操作要点,分析了这些技术所带来的社会经济效益。
The large-scale surface steel roofs＇ installation of Ningbo tennis center applied a lot of key technologies which ensured the safety and quality of the project. These technologies included： Safety analysis of the construction plan with MIDAS; Stress and deformation monitoring on the key departments of the structure during the construction period; Deepened design of the components with PRO-E and immediate adjustments according the construction deviation; Lofting of the roof pates with PRO-E and AUTO CAD. The article discussed the character, principle, operation points of these technologies, analysed the social and economic benefits they brought.
