摘要
绩效测评体系一直在不断的发展和完善。文章介绍了绩效测评领域的新发展,即从平衡计分卡到六西格玛计分卡的变化,并对两种计分卡系统进行了比较,得出六西格玛计分卡更加适合于在基层和流程中运用的结论。
Performance evaluation system has been continuously in development and consummation. This paper introduced the new developments in the performance field,that is the change from the balanced scorecard to six sigma scorecard. Then the paper compared two kind of scorecard system. In conclusions,we considered that the Six Sigma scorecard is more suited to the grass-roots level.
