桃果实酰基辅酶A氧化酶活性检测方法的建立

摘要 采用可见分光光度法,以棕榈酰辅酶A为底物,研究了桃果实中酰基辅酶A氧化酶(ACOX)的活性检测方法。结果表明,桃果实中ACOX活性检测体系的参数为:150 mmol·L-1 Tris-HCl缓冲液,pH值7.5,温度30℃,吸收波长500 nm。
