摘要
采用盆栽方法,研究不同pH条件下的模拟酸雨对山茶花(Camellia japonica)叶片膜损伤、抗氧化物酶活性、叶绿素(Chl)含量以及气体交换参数等的影响。结果表明:在不同pH的酸雨胁迫下,山茶叶片细胞膜透性和MDA含量均呈逐渐升高的变化趋势,且二者呈显著正相关;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均呈先升后降的单峰曲线变化,pH为3.0的酸雨处理下山茶叶片SOD活性最大,pH为4.0处理下叶片的CAT和POD活性最大;Chl含量在各处理间差异不明显;叶片净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度及蒸腾速率均呈先升后降的趋势;气孔限制值则呈先降后升的趋势。综合实验结果表明,山茶花对酸雨具有较强的抵抗能力,可以作为酸雨灾害严重地区园林绿化及植被构建的物种之一。
The effects of simulated acid rain on camellia (Camellia japonica) leaf membrane damage and antioxidant enzyme activity,chlorophyll content and gas exchange parameters were studied by pot experiments.The results showed that measured factors displayed different change trends in different acid rain stresses.The permeability of plasma membrane and MDA content in camellia leaf gradually increased,and both showed significantly positive correlation;SOD,CAT and POD showed a single-peak curve which rose first and then dropped.The maximum of SOD appeared in pH 3.0 CAT and POD in the pH 4.0.Chl did not show significantly change among the treatments.Pn,Ci,Gs and Tr showed a trend that rose first and then decreased.Ls showed up after the first fall.Based on the above results,camellia was strong resistance to acid rain,therefore,camellia could be considered as one of the landscaping and vegetation constructing plants on the acid rain-hit area.
