基于CFdesign的雾化喷嘴上游流场数值模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 在低压家用喷雾器的设计与改进过程中,为了进一步研究低压雾化喷嘴的喷雾特性,得到更好的雾化效果,文章以一种手扣式喷雾器为实例,运用CFdesign流体仿真软件,对雾化喷嘴上游流场进行了数值模拟。分析了流速场、压力场和流迹线的分布规律,并对影响喷嘴出口流速的导管结构参数进行研究与对比。研究结果表明,喷嘴入口的速度变化率随导管与喷嘴直径比的增大而增大,喷嘴入口的形状、导管长度直径组合参数共同影响喷嘴出口流速并存在最优值。 Aiming at researching the spray characteristics of low-pressure nozzle and getting better atomization effect in the design and improvement process of low-pressure house appliance sprayer,the paper took a hand-button sprayer as an example,numerical simulated the upstream flow field of atomizing nozzle based on CFdesign flow simulated software.After analysis the distribution rule of velocity field,pressure field and flow-trace line,the paper studied and compared the influence of the structural parameters of pipe on the velocity of nozzle exit.The results indicate that the rates of speed change of the nozzle entrance increases as the ratios of pipe and nozzle diameter increases,the shape of the nozzle entrance,length and diameter of pipe combined parameter jointly effect the nozzle exit velocity and existing optimal values.
