摘要
针对办公设备中纸张结构的挠曲变形,提出了弹性体挠曲剪力平衡理论,建立纸张的动态挠曲数值模型,采用有限差分法解析方程,求得挠曲变形数值。利用软件Ls-Dyna建立有限元模型,模拟纸张变形动态效应。通过数值方法及有限元法模拟结果表明:在送纸进程中,大约在80 mm前,两种模拟方法所得结果数值的误差较小,在80 mm之后,其误差明显较大。而且纸张的刚性越小,行进速度越慢,其挠曲变形程度就愈高。
Focusing on the flexible deformation of paper structure in office equipment,the paper pointed out that the theory of flexible shear balance for elastomer,established paper dynamic deflection numerical model to obtain flexible deformation value with the finite difference method resolving the equation.At the same time,it established finite element analysis model to simulate the deformation dynamic effect of paper through Ls-Dyna.The results show that during paper-feeding the two numerical error is smaller before 80 mm,however their error is becoming obviously larger after 80 mm,and the smaller rigidity of the paper,the slower of moving speed,the higher degree of flexible deformation.
