摘要 根据汽车企业装配线的实际需求,对混流装配线中的车辆及工人的移动轨迹进行模型化,建立以最小化传送带停止时间为目标的数学模型。针对蚁群算法容易出现早熟的缺点,提出小生境蚁群算法。最后通过案例验证小生境蚁群算法在求解汽车混流装配线排序问题中的有效性。 According to the real demand of assembly line in the auto manufacturer,a model was firstly given to describe the movement of workers and vehicles on the mix assembly line.Then a math model was established with minimum total conveyor stoppage time.Aiming at the ant colony algorithm appearing early mature defect,the paper presented niche ant colony algorithm.The results show that the niche ant colony algorithm is practicability and efficiency in solving the sequencing problem of auto mix assembly line.
