摘要
产品装箱是香烟企业生产过程中的一个瓶颈环节。通过对香烟充填装箱工艺的分析和对比,以机械系统、电气系统相结合的形式来完成装箱生产作业。设计了自动装箱机中采取步进电机控制的分流机构及采取伺服电机控制的叠层机构,介绍了他们的机械结构和工作状况,从而实现简单可靠的装箱系统结构。
Product Packing is a bottleneck of cigarette production.Through analysis and comparison the filling cigarette packing process,complete the packing process with a combination of the mechanical-electrical system.Automatic packing machine with step motor control of the shunt structure and servo motor control of the laminated structure were introduced,specifically on their mechanical structure and working conditions,the purpose was to achieve a simple and reliable packing system structure.
